We use several different types of vinyl from 3M, Avery and Oracal. All leading brands that provide quality products to the sign and graphic industry. Some bikes will require a fully conformable 50 micron cast vinyl, while others will need an 85 micron paint replacement film. Its all very complicated, but suffice to say, we use the right materials for the job. If you look after it, it will last as well as paint, but if the worst happens its a damn site quicker and easier to repair than paint is.

Yeah, it does. However the finish of the job is dependent of the surface the vinyl is being applied to. There are some limitations to what we can achieve with the vinyl in one hit, but we design our wraps with this in mind so that any joins in the panels are as unobtrusive as possible. Of course we all know bikes are prone to more wear than cars or vans, so we also try to design in replaceable panels for fuel tanks and seat units so if anything does get scuffed, its a small job to fix

Now we sponsor a Road Racing team, as well as provide support for the medical crew in Ireland, and these guys are our development riders. Those who know of these lunatics will understand why we got involved. They hammer their bikes down bumpy, gravel covered, country roads, a lot faster than mere mortals could, and the bikes are subject to a lot of abuse. We know full well these bikes suffer from serious stone chips over the course of the season, enough to take chunks out of an Arai RX7 Corsair no less. Nothing is completely chip proof, not paint, not vinyl. However as mentioned above, repairing vinyl is easier than paint, and if the vinyl is applied to your OE plastics, then its gonna prevent damage to your standard paint. We can also provide 'patch dots' to cover any chips that may occur on your race or trackbikes.

The vinyl can be fitted to OE bodywork, and it will not cause any damage. We cannot guarantee what will happen to non standard paint, and neither will the vinyl manufacturers. What usually happens is the vinyl sticks to the paint fine....Its just the paint won't then stick to the bodywork. We will apply it to your rattlecan painted, ebay bargain fairing no bother, but on your head be it. Factory Painted, Gelcoat and Carbon Fibre fairings are fine.

Yes, we can. But remember the job is only as good as the surface its applied to. If you run your finger over a scratch, or flaked paint, and can feel it, chances are the vinyl will show it up too. If everything is smoothed out with wet n' dry then there will be no problem.

We can't produce exact race replicas at this stage due to copyright and trademark issues, and taking it back to stock is fine. If you do want a redo of your OE graphics, we cannot 100% guarantee colour matches or shapes. We will however always try get as close as we can

As all full wraps are completely custom this can vary significantly. As a rough guide once designs have been finalised, and all vinyl has been output, the actual application is around 10 hours from prepared bodywork to complete job. However, don't turn up at our workshop expecting to sit and wait for it. Its not as clear cut as that. Depending on current workload, and availability, we aim to turn the job around within 2 weeks. We would always do our best to get your bike sorted as soon as possible.

Nope, It will be fine. Unless you happen to crash on either. We can't do anything about that.

Send us an email explaining what you would like and we will get back to you to discuss your requirements in further detail. If you want to send us your own artwork or logos thats fine, we use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. We accept PDF's and EPS files are too, and Tiffs and Jpgs are ok so long as the resolution is good enough. A 16kb jpg from Google images just ain't gonna cut it. Just let us know what you have, and we can advise you if your not sure.

It will depend...if you have a design including a graphic across the frame then yeah, the full bike would be useful. We can always work around it if we only have bodywork. We really don't want you to be without your bike any longer then need be.

If you have received wrong or faulty goods please send an email to info@01racefx.com within 7 days describing the reason for the return and whether you want a replacement or a refund, giving the reason why and quoting the reference number from your original receipt.

Then simply return the goods to 01RaceFX, Unit 21b, Marston Business Park, Tockwith, YORK, YO26 7QF with a copy of the paperwork you received with your item.

We are not responsible for returns that go missing in the post. We suggest you use a secure postage such as recorded delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition, including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Refunds will be returned in the manor for which you paid for the goods minus any postage and packaging costs.
